- All sale amounts listed are in US Dollars.
- We ship most items via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using both First Class Mail and Priority Mail service with package tracking. We normally ship daily Monday through Friday. Shipping rates do not include insurance which would be an extra cost to the customer. Any uninsured shipping is done at buyers own risk.
- Signature confirmation will be required upon delivery of any package valued at $100 or more for your protection.
- For existing customers with FedEX and DHL accounts, deliveries can be arranged upon request using your shipping account. Cash on delivery (COD) can also be arranged. These options are only available for existing customers with a past history of purchases with us.
- International buyers are responsible for any and all required tarrifs, taxes, custom duties and any related importation fees. Due to export license requirements, International purchases can not exceed $2500 USD.
- For heavy International orders, we will ship items up to 20 lbs. in Priority Mail International Large Flat Rate Boxes at a cost of $60.95 per box. Larger weights will required multiple boxes and shipping costs.
- Any International Order over $100 will require Insured Registered Mailing costs, with Return Receipt for delivery verification purposes. Please contact us for shipping costs on large International Orders.
- International shipments will be sent using the NOEEI 30.37(a) exemption using a HS Code of 250610. Shipment can not be made to countries identified as terrorist-supporting countries in the Export Administration Regulations (currently, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria).
- We except credit card payment upon checkout via PayPal and Stripe Payments.
- Customers are responsible for any required local sales, or use tax, in their jurisdiction.
- Shipping can usually be discounted for multiple orders sent in the same package. Please contact us at sales@fireagate.us before you pay so that we can bill you the correct amount if you are buying multiple items.
- Issues: If you have a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@fireagate.us
- Refunds: If you wish a refund, please request such within 30 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition shipped. You will be refunded only for the price of the product, not shipping and handling charges. We will pay for any required return shipping costs up to the amount used to send you the product.
- Privacy: All information you provide us is confidential and will only be used for our internal purposes to fulfill your order.
